Even though I was in a similar situation as I was when watching Se7en (constantly hiding my face away at the most disgusting scenes) I really enjoyed this film.
Normally I don't really have an interest in films set during World War's, but I took a liking to this one.
I loved the plot line in this film as it was so untrue to what happened in reality (maybe that's why I liked it) and I loved how the characters were presented.
The colours and various shots gave my group some inspiration for our own film, which hopefully we will be able to pull off.
The only part of this film I absolutely hated was probably the very detailed and gruesome scenes, which included scalping and batting people to death, but hopefully that's something i'll get used to during this media course.....
